Homeland Security Official Seduces Undercover Cop on Net
04.05.06 (8:16 am)   [edit]
Oh dear lawd. Imagine my surprise (and amusement) when I opened Google News this morning and saw an article about Brian J Doyle, deputy press secretary for Homeland Security. The pervert was online chattin' it up with what he thought was a teenage girl [source: Official chats up child on net].

Perhaps that's why Homeland Security can't protect themselves ; their officials are online flirtin' with little girlies. Of all the people to get busted for seducing a child on the 'net, it had to be the same bastards who monitor progressive websites looking for terrorists.

According to reports:

Doyle found the teenager's profile online and began having sexually explicit conversations with her on the Internet on March 14, the sheriff's office said in a statement.

He sent her pornographic movie clips, as well as non-sexual photos of himself, officials said. One of the photos, released by the sheriff's office, shows Doyle in what appears to be DHS headquarters. He is wearing a Homeland Security pin on his lapel and a lanyard that says "TSA."

Doyle was a bold one. He told the "girl" where he worked AND gave her a phone number to reach him at work. That's the sign of someone who's been doing that kind of thing a long ass time -- and gettin' away with it, too!

Ok, all you child porn aficionados, you're next! You may wanna find a grown-up to play with. At least you don't have to worry about Homeland Security bustin' ya; they're much too busy for that.

I would feel bad for all this trouble the Bush Administration is seeing lately, but I'm just not wired to give a fuck about Bush.

Update:

I just read a post at AlterNet that adds even more fuel to this flame that I expect to erupt into the next big blog topic:

A disgusted Taylor Marsh tells the story of Justin Berry, an underage boy who "had given Bush's Justice Department the names of over 1,500 people who he'd had sexual experiences with over the time he ran his web porn site. To this day, the Bush Justice Department has done NOTHING. That's right, nothing."

Now, is anyone else really bothered by this? Apparently, gay marriage rights light a fire under Bush's scrawny ass much faster than men who use the internet to lure children into sex. Is Bush in cahoots with the Catholic church?

Doyle used his government-issued phone and computer to solicit sex from a child online; however, I certainly don't believe that's proper use of government funds. Where is Margaret Spellings when ya need her? I'm sure she'd agree! If government funds can't be used to promote a cartoon about lesbian moms, those funds certainly can't be used to solicit sex from children. Who's in agreement?

What's up with public officials using the 'net to find sex? Geezus, what happened to payin' for those wholesome whores like they used to do in the good ol' days?

Update, 4/7/2006:

A WaPo article questions whether Doyle's online porn fetish came to light in 2004 when DHS performed a background check.
